When will I receive my order? It depends on where you live and how much your order weighs. For packages of 2 lbs or less we ship by Priority Mail, which is supposed to take 2 business days, but sometimes takes longer. For packages above 2 lbs, we ship UPS, which can take from a few days to a week and a half, depending on where you live. (We are in NJ) See this map for UPS transit times. If you're in a hurry, please email or call us. |
Will I receive an e-mail confirmation after I place an order? No- we do not send out a confirmation email. The order number you receive at the end of your order confirms that your order has gone into the system and has a place in queue. If you have a question about your order, we can look up your order using your name. |
I just ordered on-line -- can I make a change to my order? It's too late to make changes most of the time. Try calling us and we will do our best. |
Is your online shopping cart secure? Yes. Your credit card and personal info are put on secure pages of our site. Several thousand orders are safely entered on our website every holiday season. |
Do you sell or rent your mailing lists? No. Your address and e-mail are used only for our own, infrequent mailings. |
